Meet Kimber Hamilton
Kimber Hamilton is an Arizona Medicare broker who has been licensed since 2012, and she learned this work as a caregiver before she ever learned it as a broker. That order matters, because it is why every conversation here starts with your family's situation instead of a plan comparison.
What Matters to Us When You Sit Down With Us
Three things that shape how we do this
Kimber built this practice around what she wished someone had done for her family.
Someone should walk beside you through this
Kimber spent years as a caregiver for her daughter Lexi, and she knows what it is to face a complicated system while already carrying something heavy. Choosing coverage is one chapter in a stressful stretch of life, and our job is to guide you through it rather than hand you a comparison chart.
Nobody should have to start from scratch on the phone
Almost every client fills out the RetireFlo survey before we ever talk, so Kimber walks into that first meeting already knowing your doctors, your prescriptions, and what you are dealing with. You spend the time getting answers instead of reciting your history to a stranger.
If it already fits, we leave it alone
In Kimber's words, if a client already has what they need, she is not going to suggest they make a change. This practice grew on referrals from people who were told to stay put, and that is exactly the kind of growth she wants.
You Should Not Have to Explain Why This Matters
Our promise
We have sat on your side of this table, so our job is to make a complicated decision feel manageable and then let you make it. Call or text and a real person will answer.

Best Fit for You
Kimber's passion for helping her clients is getting the right "fit" for them. This has everything to do with her life experiences.
Kimber had the blessing of being a mother to a special needs daughter. Later in life, she helped provide and coordinate care for her Grandmother, who suffered from Alzheimer's. Many of you know it is a progressive disease spanning many years and poses many challenges and hurdles that require navigating. While helping her family care for her Grandmother, Kimber was simultaneously employed by a leading healthcare provider that specialized in healthcare for Medicare beneficiaries.
She realized quickly that she was developing a talent for and expertise in connecting a person's specific needs with customized insurance solutions. This is what Kimber calls "Best Fit" planning.
Her approach to each and every person is an educational and consultative one, and each person is treated with care and concern.
